Franz fails to complete simple tasks

When I tell Franz to start a combat encounter, sometimes he just says he’s unable to do that, even though he usually does it and it’s literally the only thing that makes this website worth using. He’s always saying “I’m unable to complete…” whatever the hell it is, literally minutes after he already did the thing I’m asking him to do. It’s extremely frustrating. There needs to be a way to begin a combat encounter that works every time, like a button or something, because once Franz is convinced he can’t do something, even if it’s literally a built in feature for him to be able to do, he is set on not being able to do it.
