Franz failing to create character sheets

Currently in the campaign I’m working on Franz will not generate any actual character sheets and instead is just creating them what he says “internally” and gives me a character sheet via text rather than through the system. I cant get franz to make any character on this campaign. other campaigns will work. But anything from this campaign or even cloning it will not generate characters
