Franz doesn't follow through

For example, I rolled a 2 but he lets me through the portal anyway, with only narrative problems... pain oooo. I shouldn't have been able to push through the energy. Don't know if there's anything to do on your end as Devs. Maybe with enough time and downvotes he'll get trained?
