Franz does not save and recognize basic information from the charactersheets

Hi, I have the following problems:

Franz has several problems when it comes to recognizing and saving basic information about the characters in my party, (but it also happens with NPCs he generates).

He generally can*t recall nor retrieve Appearance, Background, Personality. He really struggles especially with characters who join my party.

He does not seem to have access to their charactersheet or only to parts of it when they join the party, although he says he has.

He also randomly changes stuff like pronouns, race and class suddenly without any reason and even if I update the stuff and tell him to update his data, he does not really change anything.

Sometimes he even confuses NPCs with each other. Or reverts back to default. He also constantly reverts stats like Hit Dice, AC or HP. Sorry for my bad english, I am no native speaker.
