I’ve noticed that Franz consistently ignores the Personality and Mannerism details defined in the character sheet. Even though these traits are a core part of the character’s identity (and the reason we put effort into writing them), Franz doesn’t roleplay them in dialogue or behavior.
Instead, Franz interacts with characters in a very generic way, making them feel flat and indistinguishable from each other. This becomes a big issue in campaigns where flavor and quirks matter (for example, a Sharkborn who’s supposed to be a loyal but dim-witted brute, or a Leviakid who should act hyper and chaotic).
Expected behavior:
Franz should use Personality and Mannerism consistently when narrating or roleplaying characters.
Characters should act, speak, and react according to what’s written in their sheets.
These traits should influence how Franz handles NPC dialogue, crew banter, and in-game interactions.
Actual behavior:
Franz largely ignores these entries.
Characters respond in generic ways, without their quirks, humor, or flaws.
Unique flavor that should make the campaign immersive is lost.
Why it matters:
Flavor and quirks are the lifeblood of long-running campaigns. If Franz doesn’t reflect them, characters lose their uniqueness and players lose immersion.
