Franz creates a POI far away from Elaris, the place where I was looking around in.

I tell Franz I am looking for an adventurer’s guild in Elaris. Franz says I enter the market plaza. Franz creates a market plaza POI, but in the wrong town. Instead of making the POI in the town I’m in (elaris), he creates it near the starting location at Thornmere. I expected Franz to create the market plaza poi close to where I was in Elaris.
