Franz created vendor. money deduction, and item to inventory error

Franz created a vendor in the market. I tried to buy several items from them. Money was added to my character in the wrong amount and not deducted. items purchased from vendor were not added to my inventory except 1. the item added to inventory was created instead of using the existing SRD item. Added Event IDs, hopefully they help
