Franz completely erased and rewrote my character and my party members

I asked Franz to change the name of a character he recently introduced. Simply said change this characters name i do not like it. Franz changed my name, my background, appearance, personality. And did the same thing for another character in my party. Complete breaking the game I have spent 20 hours building and planning carefully to ensure a consistent story. I spent $40 on this game to build this story and see it through as best I can without it breaking and he destroyed it in 1 second
