Franz "Can't do something" revolving stats.

Franz would at times forget or flat out say that he can’t do things revolving stats, items, and currency. Although currency had been less frequent of an issue - Franz would forget to update health and inventory, and when you tell him about it in OOC mode, he doesn’t try to fix and instead say that he “can’t” despite the fact he could literally several turns ago, and he would heavily urge me to continue and forget the issue, despite me managing to finally get him to update health without my manual interference, but still refuse on the behalf of inventory.
