Franz cannot search memories

Whenever Franz forgets important plot point or important crucial events in the Campaign I have before been able to make Franz recall by searching for specific key words. Franz is no longer able to do that and is no longer able to search for memories. In effect that means that he has forgotten the entire campaign and that is a huge issue. “It seems that while the get_summary_and_campaign_info() tool is functioning, the search_memories tool, which is crucial for detailed long-term memory recall, is not working as intended for specific keyword searches. I am unable to access its full functionality to retrieve the nuanced information you're asking for.” That is what he says. I have to write long summaries for Franz every time since he recalls nothing. The get_summary_and_campaign_info() tool only gives an insubstantial very brief summary of recent events. It is not detailed or accurate at all.
