Franz beginning to take away player autonomy again

Skipping ahead to the next day when players sit down to supper, deciding g whatvthe PCs are thinking and repeatedly saying that my character wants to do something else.when I told franz not to do so, he removed it partially, but then tried to solidify one of the choices he made without my consent as my own desicion.

This has slowly been creeping in since January and its happening more frequently every week.
