Franz does not ask for rolls out of combat

After trying the system I’ve come to notice that Franz defaults to continuing the story in narrative mode without skill checks unless the user spesifically asks for one. Having DMing experience myself I’ve noticed occasions when a skill check would have been appropriate but no check was asked unless I prompted Franz by something like “do I need to roll?”.
