Franz always forgets additional effects

In Elder Scrolls: Tamriel campaign, I and Jenassa are in combat against 2 bonewolves. I cast frenzy on a bonewolf, while both of them are side by side and risked against their opportunity attacks just for the spell to take its effect making the bonewolf being casted Frenzy on to attack its ally, while that ally’s still is under the effect of booming blade. More or less, Franz basically ignored those effects.
