Expertise, Spells and feats

There is no way for me to choose my expertise for rogues, trying to set up magic spells is also nearly impossible.

I get that the AI character creator is nice but can I please have a normal character creation walk through like on dnd beyond. I can’t choose my starting gear, I can’t choose my most important skills, I can’t choose spells in the character creator, feats that add magic or anything is also not reflected in the character creator.

Even after entering the game it is a constant fight with the AI to keep things straight because my incorrect character sheet keeps feeding the AI the wrong info and my correct info has to be reiterated several times a session and it still fails to keep track of it.

This is in general not just a single campaign any character I make instead of a pre-existing one regardless of campaign falls apart in moments because I can’t fill out half of my character sheet.
