Expanded bodily 'conditions'

I think it would do a lot to help immersion if you could track injuries or damages sustained.

Obviously you can have reduced health or like ‘paralyzed’ conditions, but what if someone breaks their leg? That's not an injury that would be healed easily, but would affect your ability to do certain actions or how you'd do them narratively. Franz will remember when you've been talking about it, but once you stop for a while it'll fall out of its memory and they're miraculously healed.

If you wanted to go into it more than surface level, you could add injuries that have different effects - bleeding might damage health over time unless healed (on a longer term basis than Franz tracks currently), or you might have things that do recover over time from 100% severity to 0% severity when healed.
