Encounters not running properly

There are so many errors happening during encounters that I’m spending more time fixing things than actually playing. This is becoming pretty tedious rather than enjoyable now.

1) Ally NPCs are attacking PCs because they can’t pick up the context of what faction everyone is in.

2) Enemy NPCs repeatedly can’t follow their own objectives during an encounter. All story and context seems to disappear during the encounter.

3) Franz doesn’t listen when you ask him to make correction. Constantly says he’ll do something but doesn’t change anything. That includes stat updates, context, player turns.

4) The NPCs and Creatures on the battlemap are often incorrect and need to be removed and added manually. Franz can’t seem to fix this himself, even after being told what the issue is.
