Enable that the Host can talk to Franz

There should be a host in each campaign that can act as a co-DM.

The host should be able to talk directly to Franz to asks for updates or narrative changes. This message to Franz can be visible or invisible to the other players (both options).

Of a private message to Franz is sent a notification should appear, but not the actual message.

And finally if the party doesn’t no want the possibility of a co-DM this feature should be able to be turned off at the beginning of the campaign, same for the private type message.

The host or co-DM can be elegible at the begging of each campaign.
