Edit Spell view does not properly use the % damage on passed saved throw value

When editing a spell that forces a saving throw, I notice the % damage on pass was set to 50%. I set it to 0% and clicked submit. I then went to edit the spell again and the % damage on pass was back at 50%.

Now if I just look at the spell (not the edit UI), the UI says it is 0%.

It only becomes 50% when I go into the edit UI.

If I go into the edit UI and then leave the edit UI, the % damage of pass is not actually changed.

I suspect the code just isnโ€™t properly reading the value from the spell.
