Do you think you deserve the money you're receiving?

I joined your platform to do text-based roleplaying. Initially, my access was limited as a free user, and after a few conversations, my free trial expired. Because of this, to both support you and continue using the platform, and because I thought it was a concept I liked, I purchased it.

Now, facing the reality, I see that you don't deserve the money you charge. For the past week, instead of roleplaying, I've been cleaning up roles, trying to teach Franz how to roleplay. For a week, Franz has been obsessed with a silver library, even though I'm roleplaying action-oriented, he's fixated on books and libraries. Despite repeatedly warning him about this, we can't overcome this problem because the idiot has a limited memory. He remembers three lines, then I find a way, and that way always leads back to the silver library. And a black book, he can't find another name for it.

What should I do now? Do you have any advice? I think I've been as patient as possible. I came here to roleplay, but even though I couldn't roleplay and took on DMing, your system is unparalleled in role-blocking and meta-manipulation. I can't reject every role that comes my way, which is against basic roleplaying rules. Besides, you don't need to use the platform to reject roles; you just don't play them, and the problem is solved.

Interestingly, roleplaying is much smoother with free AIs.
