DM makes too many bizarre errors -- Unplayable

I tried to continue my starter adventure, but the DM just loses track and starts having me roll random stuff, then doesn’t know what to roll for damage from that random stuff. Then it starts assigning damage to us instead of the monsters we are attacking.
