Difficulty Redeeming Credits on a Computer

I am currently experiencing an issue where credits are counted correctly on my mobile phone, but not on my computer. When I access my account on the phone, the credits appear and work as expected.

However, when I try to use the computer, the credits do not count at all, even though I am logged into the same account. This creates an inconsistency between devices and makes it impossible to use the credits on the computer.
