Dice rolls fail to show up

what I ask is that if you ask for a missing prompt he just makes the roll for you so your message isn’t wasted.

The dice rolls for both attacking and damage are failing to show up and having to request the rolls is costing extra messages. 1 time I managed to get him to make the roll for me when asking. the rest of the time he just sent the prompt to my screen. between 1.movement

2.main action command

3.attack roll

4.damage roll

5.bonus action command

6.attack roll

7.damage roll

that’s 7 credits for a single turn if you don’t have to request the prompts. I went from 40 messages to 20 trying to complete a single turn. today is my first day and if tomorrow is the same its not worth playing. how can you get anywhere or do anything I managed to complete 2 combat encounters in from of the in where you start before having no messages.
