Dialogue Entry Errors

I have been getting frequent error pop ups when submitting dialogue to Franz. The context doesn't seem to matter. It submits, because the text is still there to hit ‘retry’ after I reload the game. It goes through fine then. I'd say every third or fourth submission causes an error.
