Database error saving new user

I have sent an invitation to a friend to join friends and fables, and my campaign, but whe he tries to sign in an error happens that doesn't let him. He is playing on PC, through chrome. He is not sending the bug report himself because he can't send a report without signing in.

He is using the lastest chrome version.

He is not using any extensions.

When he clicks the link I sent him, he is brought to the normal sign in page, when he clicks “sign in with Google” the error happens. When he tries the “Sign in with Magic Link” he then enters his mail, but the email with the link and the password never arrives.

I am reposting this because I don't know how to add more information to my original post other than write a comment, and that doesn't seem to work.
