Custom Attacks not available

I added a few custom attacks for my LV.3 ranger to take into account Dex Bonus and Hunter’s Mark with a light crossbow. When I switched weapon I deleted the previous attacks, planning to add them with the new one. Since then the “Add custom attacks” window is empty, there’s only the “Submit” button and if I click it, it crashes and refreshes the web page
