custom attack's can't change attribute

Changing the attribute associated with a custom attack doesn’t actually change anything.

I wanted to make a custom attack that uses charisma in place of the normal attribute for the weapon (replicating the way the Hexblade works in pnp) but the charisma bonus was not applied and dex was.
