Controling NPC party members

Something that i think would be nice to have is a feature/setting you can enable when having NPCs in your party, that will allow you to choose whether you or Franz controls said NPC, both in and out of combat. So essentially you can temporarily switch over to an NPC and have them make an attack or cast a spell, and it will go off of the NPCs sheet rather than the sheet of the character you chose when making the campaign.
