Complicated threads that keep changing

Franz is confusing everything with some thread he took me on. It started with some Kraken society shipment. We were at the docks and approached by Kraken Society members, they attacked and we killed them. We stole their cloaks and attempted to deceive them. We were detained by dock enforcers as this pier 7 was super secure (despite there being a smuggling ring going on through it somehow). A crate showed up out of nowhere and had some dangerous substance and they asked us to move it to a warehouse. We did and then a foreman tried to detain us again. We went back to the Captain who is now saying we needed to bring this super unstable crate across the city to the Hall of Justice. None of this is flowing, it all changes constantly. I’ve tried changing things, retrying it, going ooc and mentioning to Franz the inconsistency. I had put in the memory context to make quests and threads straight forward and this was anything but straight forward.
