combat memory / sudden death

we are walking through tunnel and engage in combat with a monster then out of nowhere with 0 damage rolls from the monster whom at this point hasnt even had its turn yet franz says me and tavia both go to 0 hp and unconsious i corrected her but figured id put in a report
