Combat isn’t initiating properly

Hello,

The built in combat system isn’t being initiated properly. I struggled for 10 minutes to get Franz to send initiative check, as it kept reverting to manual combat. I checked the thoughts and it said “tried to use magic_tool but can’t due to insufficient funds”, which confused me as I’m on highest tier with 568 credits. I logged out, deleted my cache, logged back in, and he did initiative successfully as requested but it failed to launch the combat system.
