Combat abilities

The moves (Howl) are not working , there is no effects. My summoning spell is not understood by Franz. My summoning spell slot is not consumed when I cast one. Franz has struggle creating new creatures in OOC mode, we need to spam him again to make him do that. Npcs on my party don't have the smartness to drink potion when the HP are low. Healing in combat doesn’t work in my personal experience I have to OOC this. I have a spell that can swap position, but it does not work.
