CLONING, COPYRIGHT AND RESPECT FOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

like I'm a little confused about the cloning issues like if I use months making my “own” world and everything then why is there no feature of a REQUESTS system where I'm able to say decide if I want someone to clone my intellectual property or not instead of just “stealing” it and altering it and changing it to a potential parody of my ORIGINAL creation, yeah I kinda get we're a “collaborative hive” or something but shouldn't the devs like have features or control mechanisms to protect and respect “copyright” infringements…?

yes I understand this is a private site and everything but since this is on American soil as I understand it this site is still subordinated under US law considering the before mentioned is it not….?

also it says “ that everything I made will be deleted “ but this doesnt necessarily mean back up files that could be stored unknowingly to me and I guess none of the “clones” will be deleted as well so I really don't understand this feature cuz if others including the devs clone all my intellectual property then why does it matter if I delete my stuff or not if copies and clones of it are all over the place anyway potentially…right…?

like it FEELS a little shady and immoral, I mean don't get me wrong both Will and David seems ok and genuine but…still like…this is not ok…this is not respecting the users intellectual creations at all, on the contrary….it kinda bothers me and it should bother all of us who make creations in here cuz we are basically PAYING Will and David to use their tools to WORK FOR FREE for them basically by giving them all kinds of maps and worlds MAKING FREE GAMES for them and they are giving us the tools to do so that we are paying for but several of these tools are “broken” or HALF finished like the world map editor for Android (and also iOS I believe)

and the combat feature that's hasn't worked properly for more than SEVEN months of the 15 months I believe this …program…has been up and running…shouldn't I then have the RIGHT to decide WHO can clone my stuff or not in return …? as a MINIMUM??

It should be ok to raise these issues if Will and David are genuine it think…thank u
