Claim Creidts Infinite Rolling

When I click on claim credits it opens the window and says “Rolling the dice…” the button at the bottom says “Rolling…” and it never does anything it just sits there doing that same thing. I have tried logging out and refreshing the page but that does not appear to do anything.
