Character creation problems

Franz is claiming to be making characters, but not doing it. I have tried asking him to create new characters with different names, but he claims he has done it already. When i click the tagged name, a blank character page comes up, saying the character does not exist. This is the event id for Franz saying he created a character, but then doing nothing (01981d28-ebeb-779b-86dc-3995de65a6ce)
