Can't see area pictures when you enter an area

Currently, when you enter an area by moving across the world's coordinate system, Franz takes you to a point of interest (a location) inside an area automatically, and he shows the picture for that location instead of showing the area's picture first.

In other words, world builders are spending time building areas and adding pictures to them, but the pictures and area descriptions are never visible in the game like points of interest are. Franz should give an area description as you enter the area and provide with some info and then as you move to points (locations) within area, only then he should show those points.
