Cannot start a game from discover campaign.

Campaigns were working fine from discover campaign however now, i go to use one that has no existing characters, playing with my newly made one, and instead i get notice that i cant use my newly made because it already exists -played by player [my name]- i also cant clone the world, to get around it either, and yes i have slots free to do so.
