Cannot easily get to bottom of play screen

Now that we can search for something in a long running campaign, if we open a historical message, we can get pretty far up in our play screen, and it takes ages to get back to present location.

Like in Discord, when you want to get back to the present, we need to have a button you can press and it scrolls you all the way back down to the most recent message.
