Asides - get npcs from constantly popping in when present in poi

There are a lot of occasions where the game will fail to create a separate location for one or more characters that have eg. gone into a different room, a garden, etc. in that poi, and then you have a peanut gallery when it forgets you ‘left’. It usually just ends with me banishing the other npcs to a volcano somewhere but then they’ll never pop up again without me mentioning them.

Either manually or with tagging, it would be cool to decide which characters are interacting, so that the others don’t get added to the context except in history until they’re done, and then they all snap back to the same spot.
