area selection a bit janky

if i have two areas on top of each other and there borders are within another area i cant select it due to the over lapping areas blocking it. i think this may be a bug due to when i do the same for npc’s there is a list of all of them in that location and i can select the one i want to change but this dose not seem to work for areas.
