An error with all healing effects.

An NPC, an ally, gives my character a "healing charm" after a battle to restore HP. But after my character uses the charm, the HP is not restored until I point it out and ask to restore the HP. In fact, this often happens; healing potions never work when I try to use them, just like the charms.
