'An error has occurred' and 'Whoops, looks like Franz has an issue'.

I keep getting ‘An error has occurred’/’Whoops, looks like Franz has an issue’, whenever I tried putting in a response. It keeps happening no matter how much I retry, delete it and type it in again It entirely prevents me from continuing the campaign.
