Allow mass deletion of campagins/ campaign test mode

When testing out a campaign and making changes to it, you can often wind up creating multiple campaigns that are not nessicary to keep, deleting them takes a lot of time. A way to mass delete or simply start a campagin without saving it would be amazing for working on new worlds.
