Allow Custom Dice Rolls with Descriptive Text

Often times Franz asks us to roll something, like falling damage or something and there's no way to do that in the game. We have to use some external app (or physical dice) and then type the response to Franz. It'd be nice if we could have buttons someplace to roll the typical polyhedral dice with descriptive text for Franz, maybe on this screen for now?
