Adding an NPC to your party w/Inventory and Spells

When an NPC is added to my party, they come with an empty inventory and no spells selected. I think it makes sense to give them a basic loadout, or provide the option for the user to spec them. It took me a bit to realized that the rogue and barbarian in my party were running around naked and weaponless, I clued in when Gorix the Unyielding was described as towering menacingly while holding his battle axe, and then doing a mighty 4 damage with “Fist”.
