5.5e Option for spell progression

Now that the rules of half casters is different between the 2014 and 2024 versions, mainly that half casters all get spellcasting at level 1 now. there should be new options for [Full], [half 5e], [half 5.5e], and [third].
Or simply add a custom option that opens a table for players to set it themselves for more unique homebrew campaigns.
