16th Custom Instruction

When starting a campaign, a 16th Instruction (Extra Instruction) seems to be within the Context menu that I did not make. Also goes against the pre defined instructions.

Seems to happen even when removing the 15th instruction.

Also appeared in my 3 month old copy of Tamriel even without the new instruction batch.

(Top instruction appears within every test campaign)

(Doesn’t seem to be any relevant errors)
