Unique lore and narrative loader at campaign start

I would love to see an opportunity for Franz to ask a set of questions about any background lore or world building information at the very start of a new campaign that would then be integrated into a set of foundational memories that can't be overridden only - added to as the story progresses. Preferably with a very large character limit, this way we can set up narrative systems and world building from the start to aid Franz in narrative direction.
