Uncap or raise character sheet attributes (HP,Ability score, etc.)

Discussed in Discord and posting here per Will’s request.

Simple update really, just raise the various caps to values like 9999 and 99 or something. I imagine we can’t have it totally uncapped to not overload Franz, but raising it to the above values would go a long way with the new combat updates for tougher enemies and even properly representing gods.

You can technically do some of this now with OOC, and Items, but being able to do it from sheets would be preferable.
