Trope reduction

It's about the dialogues of npcs, they tend often to repeat the words we say early, (example, the player ask “What's the time here ?” And the npcs repeat “The time here ? It's XX” or another trope in the dialogue Wich also feels too much like “main character” vibe, is npcs, especially in our party tends to finish their dialogues with a question about our final decision. (Example: NPC : “… bla bla bla. So what do we do now, continue to the left ? Or trying to rush towards the right?”)

Sometimes also the timing of an NPC dialogue is a bit weird. (For example, I say something to my party member while walking 3 hours to the east, the npc sometimes respond to my dialogue after walking 1 or 2 hours with me, Wich the npc should directly answer me, then walk with me.)
