Add Custom Resource - Mana, Fatigue, etc.

In a future sci-fi game, where you’re out exploring etc, tracking a suit’s oxygen or ship fuel etc are very important. In many horror games tracking sanity is also important. Allowing us to add custom consumables to track on some sort of character or party sheet would be helpful.
